Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170g each)
  • 1 tbsp (14g) olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5ml) honey
  • 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (2g) dried dill

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets bone-dry with paper towels, rub both sides with olive oil, and season evenly with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place fillets skin-side down and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are opaque pink and the top is slightly golden.
  4. While salmon bakes, whisk together lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and dried dill in a small bowl.
  5. Remove salmon from oven, brush the glaze over the top, and let the fish rest for 3–5 minutes.
