Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170g each)
- 1 tbsp (14g) olive oil
- 1/2 tsp (3g) kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) honey
- 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (2g) dried dill
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets bone-dry with paper towels, rub both sides with olive oil, and season evenly with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place fillets skin-side down and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are opaque pink and the top is slightly golden.
- While salmon bakes, whisk together lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and dried dill in a small bowl.
- Remove salmon from oven, brush the glaze over the top, and let the fish rest for 3–5 minutes.
