Instructions:
- Line a 13x9 inch baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends slightly over the edges.
- Place the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave on medium power in 30-second bursts, stirring vigorously after each burst, until the chocolate is smooth and glossy.
- Fold in the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- Immediately press the Halloween-themed candies into the top of the wet chocolate.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes until the surface is firm to the touch and no longer tacky.
