Ingredients:
- 1 cup (226g) Unsalted Grass-Fed Butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup (85g) Raw Local Honey
- 1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Saigon Cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Paste (optional)
Instructions:
- Place softened butter in a mixing bowl. Using the whisk attachment on a mixer, beat on medium-high speed for 3 minutes until the butter transitions from deep yellow to pale ivory and increases in volume.
- Reduce mixer speed to low. Slowly drizzle in the honey in a thin, steady stream. Stop and scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula to prevent honey from pooling.
- Increase speed to high and whip for another 2 minutes. Add the sea salt (and optional cinnamon or vanilla) during the final 30 seconds. The texture should resemble glossy, stiff-peaked whipped cream.
