Ingredients:
- 1 cup (175g) Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup (60ml) hot water
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (64g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup
Instructions:
- Place pitted dates in a small bowl and cover with hot water for 5-10 minutes. Drain the water but keep the dates moist.
- Transfer the softened dates, vanilla extract, and the measured hot water into the blender. Process on high until the mixture is a smooth, thick paste.
- Add the peanut butter, sea salt, and maple syrup. Blend on medium-high for 30-60 seconds until the dip is velvety smooth and creamy mahogany in color.
