Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (160g) frozen red dragon fruit cubes
  • 1 cup (240ml) cold filtered water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Combine the frozen dragon fruit cubes and cold water in the blender. Process on high for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is a uniform, neon-pink hue and no frozen chunks remain.
  2. Add the lemon juice, lime juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Pulse 3–4 times just until incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher over a generous amount of ice. Stir vigorously for 10 seconds to chill the liquid instantly and integrate the flavors.
