Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) low-fat or 4% cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) almond flour
- 1 pinch (1g) sea salt
- 1/3 cup (60g) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Place the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the blender. Process on high for 60–90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy, with no visible curds remaining.
- Add the almond flour and sea salt to the blender. Pulse several times until the flour is fully integrated and the mixture transforms into a thick, doughy consistency that holds its shape.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl. Using a spatula, gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the velvety base.
