Ingredients:

  • 120 ml fresh orange juice
  • 120 ml raw unsweetened coconut water
  • 1.5 g pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 0.6 g cream of tartar
  • 30 ml full-fat coconut milk
  • 500 mg ashwagandha root powder
  • 60 ml sparkling mineral water

Instructions:

  1. Pour 120 ml fresh orange juice into your glass.
  2. Add 0.6 g cream of tartar and 1.5 g pink Himalayan sea salt to the juice.
  3. Whisk 30 seconds with a frother until no white specks remain.
  4. Incorporate 500 mg ashwagandha root powder slowly.
  5. Pour 120 ml raw unsweetened coconut water into the mixture.
  6. Add 30 ml full fat coconut milk and stir until the color is pale and uniform.
  7. Drop in two ice cubes to bring the temperature down before the final step.
  8. Top with 60 ml sparkling mineral water slowly until a light foam forms on top.
  9. Sip immediately while the effervescence is at its peak.
