Ingredients:

  • 1 box (12 oz / 340g) Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (Vanilla flavor)
  • 12 oz (340g) White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Green Sanding Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Unwrap the cakes and place them in a mixing bowl. Note: Remove all packaging bits first.
  2. Mix with a handheld mixer until you see a fine, uniform crumb with no large chunks.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. Note: Squeeze firmly to ensure they are compact.
  4. Place balls on parchment lined sheets and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Combine white chocolate wafers and coconut oil in a glass bowl.
  6. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is glossy and fluid.
  7. Use a toothpick to dip each chilled ball into the chocolate.
  8. Swirl the ball to cover completely and lift to let excess drip off.
  9. Sprinkle with green sanding sugar immediately before the chocolate sets.
  10. Let them rest for 5 minutes at room temperature to fully harden.
