Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Combine the 8 oz softened cream cheese, 0.5 cup hot sauce, 0.5 cup ranch, and 0.5 tsp garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Whisk the mixture until it looks silky and uniform with no large lumps of cream cheese visible.
  4. Fold in the 2 cups shredded chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar.
  5. Spread the mixture into a shallow baking dish, smoothing the top with your spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup cheddar and 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbles evenly over the surface.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is fully melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  9. Top with the 2 sliced green onions just before serving for a fresh pop of color.
