Ingredients:
- 680g Salmon Fillet
- 45g Unsalted Butter
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced finely
- 5g Honey
- 1 Large Lemon, Half juiced, half sliced into rounds
- 5g Kosher Salt
- 2g Cracked Black Pepper
- 4g Fresh Parsley, Chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven. Set your temperature to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare the foil. Place a large piece of heavy duty foil on a baking sheet.
- Dry the fish. Pat the 680g salmon fillet with paper towels until the surface is no longer shiny or wet.
- Create the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together 45g melted butter, minced garlic, 5g honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Position the salmon. Place the fillet in the center of the foil and fold up the edges slightly to prevent the sauce from running off.
- Apply flavor. Pour the butter mixture over the fish until every inch is coated in golden liquid.
- Add aromatics. Top the fillet with the lemon slices.
- Seal the packet. Fold the foil over the salmon and crimp the edges tightly until no steam can escape.
- Bake the fish. Slide the tray into the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the thickest part feels firm to the touch.
- Garnish and serve. Open the foil carefully to avoid the steam, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
